The founding of Prime Construction & Handyman Services was a direct response to the persistent demand from clients for services that most contractors weren’t willing to undertake, smaller jobs.
This inspired me to establish a business system that would allow us to provide the solutions that take people’s frustration away.

Hi, I am Tim! Growing up in San Diego, I was immersed in the world of craftsmanship and home improvement, thanks to my father's expertise as a Carpenter. Our family prided ourselves on managing all repairs and renovations in and around our home. From a young age, I developed proficiency in using various tools and eagerly contributed to household tasks.
As a young boy, I began a neighborhood initiative, going door to door to offer my assistance with various home-related tasks. Whether it was washing their vehicles, tending to their lawns, or tackling any job they needed help with, I was always prepared to lend a hand. While the compensation was modest, my motivation was straightforward: earning a few extra dollars to treat myself to something special from the local store.
Fast forward to 2015, I transitioned from a career as a firefighter to dedicate myself to mastering the construction trades. For almost a decade, I closely collaborated with and learned under the guidance of a 30-year general contractor, acquiring comprehensive knowledge ranging from framing to finishing large-scale remodeling projects. Over the years, I received numerous requests from clients to take on smaller projects. They expressed frustration in finding skilled, trustworthy, and reliable professionals for such tasks.
Recognizing the evident gap in quality and reliability in the small job sector, I decided to redirect my efforts towards addressing this need. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence, I aim to provide approachable yet highly skilled services for your home improvement needs.
